Please take a moment to get familiar with our
booking and cancellation policy
Booking Deposit: To better serve our clients and manage our limited schedule, we now require a nonrefundable $100 booking deposit.
This deposit will be deducted from your total fee for services at the time of your visit.
As a small business with a dedicated but limited staff, your cooperation helps us maintain the quality and consistency of our services.
If you have a gift card, please contact us directly at 443-510-9056 to book your appointment, ensuring that your booking fee is appropriately deducted from the value of the gift card.
Cancellation Policy:If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. No worries, no charges.
As a courtesy, we allow clients to reschedule once.After that, we will retain the booking fee.
If you cancel the day before your appointment, there will be a 50% charge of the appointment fee. We understand things can come up unexpectedly, and we're here to work with you.
If you cancel on the same day or can't make it to your appointment, we'll have to charge the full service fee.
Timeliness: We maintain a full book of client appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may not be able to accomodate you.
